It provides users with Chinese proficiency test preparation and other exam question bank practice services, aiming to facilitate a fun, efficient, and high-scoring learning experience. The terms of this agreement and any related statements may be adjusted or updated by us in accordance with product feature enhancements and changes in national policies, without further notice. Please read this agreement carefully before downloading and using Letsgo Chinese. Your download or use of the application constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted all contents of this agreement.
1. Letsgo Chinese currently provides users with various services such as Chinese learning and communication. Part of the content originates from our proprietary question bank and recorded videos, while another portion is user-generated content (UGC) uploaded and shared by users for mutual learning, including real exam questions and grammar explanations. Users who wish to share their own learning materials may contact customer service to upload content via the UGC channel for sharing and exchange with other users through our mobile client.
2. Letsgo Chinese respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We encourage the lawful and reasonable use of all software content—including graphics, videos, and audio—strictly for language learning purposes. Users must respect copyright and refrain from downloading, copying, adapting, modifying, distributing, or otherwise misusing protected content without authorization. Furthermore, users shall not abuse or interfere with our teaching services, including but not limited to using our products for illegal or infringing purposes, removing copyright information, tampering with code, or attacking our services.
3. Letsgo Chinese expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its services, materials, or products, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Letsgo Chinese shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services, materials, or products.
4. Letsgo Chinese reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the account of any user who infringes or violates the rights of others under appropriate circumstances. In cases of intellectual property infringement, Letsgo Chinese may, in accordance with applicable laws or its service terms, remove specific content or terminate a user’s account.
5. Due to the inherent nature of internet-based services, Letsgo Chinese does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from network security risks. Nor does it guarantee that services, information, or materials obtained through the platform will meet user expectations. User-posted content reflects personal views and does not represent endorsement or verification by Letsgo Chinese, which bears no legal responsibility arising from such content. All official notices to users will be delivered via in-app announcements,In-App Notification, customer service WeChat, SMS, or other formal channels. Letsgo Chinese shall not be held liable for any activities or information related to prizes, discounts, etc., obtained through unofficial channels.

If any third party believes that content on Letsgo Chinese infringes upon their legitimate rights or intellectual property, they may submit a notice in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and related regulations, providing: The name/entity, contact information, and address of the rights holder; Identification of the allegedly infringing work and its location (URL or other identifier); Preliminary evidence of infringement.

2. Account, Password, and Security
After registration, users may log in using their username and password. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account. While we commit not to intentionally disclose user registration or personal information to any third party except as required by law, Letsgo Chinese shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user’s failure to safeguard account credentials. Users must promptly notify Letsgo Chinese of any unauthorized account use or security issues.
3. User Rights
1) To complete and update personal profile information after registration.
2) To modify non-mandatory account information at their discretion.
3) To participate in social features, post objective and authentic reviews, follow friends, and send private messages.
4) To reset a forgotten password using the registered mobile number.
5) To enjoy other services provided by Letsgo Chinese in accordance with its regulations.
4. User Obligations
Users agree not to use the service for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to:
1) Posting or transmitting content that:
Opposes constitutional principles;
Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
Damages national honor or interests;
Incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermines national unity;
Spreads rumors, disturbs social order, or destabilizes society;
Contains pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or instigates crime;
Insults, defames, or infringes upon the lawful rights of others;
Involves fraud, harassment, invasion of privacy, vulgarity, or other objectionable material;
Violates any applicable laws or regulations;
Is deemed inappropriate by Letsgo Chinese.

7) Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage software, hardware, or communications.
8) Interfering with service operations or connected networks.
9) Harassing others or conducting unauthorized personal searches.
10) Violating applicable local or national laws.
11) Collecting, storing, or using others’ personal data without authorization.
12) Reproducing, reselling, or commercially exploiting any part of the service without permission.
5. Service Modifications
Letsgo Chinese reserves the right to modify or update the service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Users agree that Letsgo Chinese shall not be liable for any modifications, updates, or suspensions of the service.
6. Termination of Service
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be frozen or reclaimed. Letsgo Chinese may terminate user accounts or access to the service if users violate this agreement, without prior notice. Letsgo Chinese assumes no liability for service interruption, account closure, or deletion of user information in such cases.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court where the company is located.
8.Fees & Payment Terms
Fees:You acknowledge that LetsgoChinese reserves the right to charge for any part of the Services and to modify its fees (if any) from time to time. You agree to pay all fees when due in accordance with the terms specified on the website.
Payment for Services:LetsgoChinese offers certain enhanced services, which you may purchase under various terms, including but not limited to three‑month, one‑year, monthly auto‑renewing, annual auto‑renewing, and lifetime subscriptions (“Subscriptions”). Descriptions of features associated with Subscriptions may be available via the Services. The amount due for any Subscription purchased by you through the Services will be displayed to you prior to placing your order. If you choose to purchase a Subscription through the Services, you agree to:(1) pay the applicable fees and any taxes;(2) if purchased via the website, LetsgoChinese may charge your credit card for verification, pre‑authorization, and payment purposes, and if purchased via the App, be charged to your account through the App Store or distribution platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) that provides the App (each an “App Provider”);(3) bear any additional fees that may be imposed by your App Provider, bank, or other financial service provider, as well as any taxes applicable to your order.You will receive a confirmation email once your payment for the order has been confirmed by us. Your order is not binding on LetsgoChinese until accepted and confirmed by LetsgoChinese. All payments are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation:All amounts are due and charged:(1) for one‑time purchases (i.e., lifetime subscriptions) at the time you place your order;(2) for monthly, annual, or other automatically recurring Subscriptions, each such Subscription will automatically renew for an additional period equal to the expired subscription term until you cancel.You must cancel your monthly or annual Subscription prior to renewal to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. If you purchased your Subscription through an App Provider, you may cancel the renewal of your Subscription through such App Provider. You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for the current subscription period, and you will continue to receive the subscribed Services until the end of the current subscription period.
If you have any questions or objections to a charge, you agree to first contact us, and you agree not to cancel or dispute any credit card or App Provider charge unless you have made a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly with LetsgoChinese.
LetsgoChinese reserves the right to decline or cancel your order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to if your credit card is declined, we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances LetsgoChinese deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
LetsgoChinese also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. LetsgoChinese will not charge you or will refund fees for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Refunds:Generally, refunds are not supported without cause. All purchased fees are non‑refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. All purchases through the Services are final upon confirmation. You understand and acknowledge that LetsgoChinese does not provide refunds for any reason, and you will not receive a refund or other compensation for unused VIP membership time upon account closure, whether voluntary or involuntary.However, if LetsgoChinese discontinues the Services or changes its business model, you will be entitled to a pro‑rata refund. If a refund is requested due to personal reasons, payment platform processing fees and an additional 15% service fee will be deducted.

If you made your purchase using your Apple ID, refunds are processed by Apple, not LetsgoChinese. To request a refund, please go to the App Store, tap your Apple ID, select Purchase History, locate the transaction, and tap Report a Problem. You may also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com.
If you made your purchase via the Google Play Store: please message the LetsgoChinese Team within the App or email our support team at service@92aiyu.com and provide your order number (available in your Google Play Store order confirmation email or by logging into Google Wallet). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that refunds may be subject to third‑party platform fees, taxes, and other administrative financial costs; the actual refund amount will be based on the agreed amount.
Apple‑Enabled Software Applications:The software applications provided by LetsgoChinese are designed to be used in conjunction with products marketed by companies such as Apple Inc. (“Apple”). For software made available for your use in connection with Apple‑branded products (“Apple‑Enabled Software”), the following terms and conditions apply in addition to other terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service:
LetsgoChinese and you acknowledge that these Terms of Service are concluded between LetsgoChinese and you only, and not with Apple, and that, as between LetsgoChinese and Apple, LetsgoChinese is solely responsible for the Apple‑Enabled Software and its content.
You may not violate or conflict with the usage rules set forth for Apple‑Enabled Software in the App Store Terms of Service.
Subject to the usage rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service, your license to use the Apple‑Enabled Software is a non‑transferable license to use the Apple‑Enabled Software on iOS products owned or controlled by you.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services related to the Apple‑Enabled Software.
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. This is the sole responsibility of LetsgoChinese, to the extent applicable law cannot be disclaimed.
LetsgoChinese and you acknowledge that LetsgoChinese, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Apple‑Enabled Software or your possession and/or use of the Apple‑Enabled Software, including but not limited to:
(a) product liability claims;
(b) any claim that the Apple‑Enabled Software fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirements;
(c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
If any third party claims that the Apple‑Enabled Software or your possession and use of the Apple‑Enabled Software infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, then, as between LetsgoChinese and Apple, LetsgoChinese, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

LetsgoChinese and you acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service relating to the Apple‑Enabled Software, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Service against you.
